Membership Resources for Councils and Units

Membership may be remitted to 23rd District in one of the following ways:
​OPTION 1: ELECTRONIC PAYMENT (PREFERRED)
DO NOT mail membership remittances to Twenty-Third District PTA
  • ​STEP 1: Contact [email protected] for the form to be provided to your council/unit. This must be done for each remittance.
  • STEP 2: Complete the digital membership remittance form as provided and submit (president/treasurer ONLY).
  • Step 3: An ACH Payment invoice will be emailed to the unit (to the president/treasurer ONLY). There will be a $2.50 payment processing fee for every ACH Payment requested.
  • Step 4: The council or out-of-council unit will then complete the payment via ACH Payment directly to Twenty-Third District PTA. ​
NOTE: In-council units must remit manual membership to the council. In-council units DO NOT REMIT MEMBERSHIP TO TWENTY-THIRD DISTRICT PTA DIRECTLY.
OPTION 2: TOTEM
​Via TOTEM, the California State PTA online member management system. TOTEM takes all the legwork out of remitting membership, and makes membership management easy and oh-so-simple!

All California State PTA units are automatically loaded into TOTEM - if your unit isn't using it, reach out and we can help you get online!

OPTION 3: CHECK
  • DO NOT mail membership remittances (or ANY payments) to Twenty-Third District PTA.
  • Checks may be delivered to Twenty-Third District PTA via the following methods:
    • Twenty-Third District PTA Office Hours (verify locations via newsletter or [email protected])
    • Direct/in-person handover at a Twenty-Third District PTA Spotlight Workshop or in-person business meeting.
